As every cake order is individual, pricing will vary greatly and is dependant not only on size, but complexity of design. Prices can only be confirmed once all the details have been discussed and agreed.
But of course you'd like a guide, so here it is! The prices given below are for iced round sponge cakes finished with ribbon. Additional decoration such as lace, hand painting and sugar flowers will be added to the cost once the design has been finalised.

The guide below will give you an idea of the approximate number of portions that you will get from a single tier sponge cake.
This is based on your sponge cake being cut in to 1" x 2" pieces. Fruit cakes are generally cut in to 1" x 1" pieces.
All my cakes are bespoke and freshly made for your occasion using the finest ingredients available. I offer a range of flavours to suit every
palate and diet.
Many different preserves and curds are available to compliment your chosen flavours of sponge, as well as a wide range of buttercream fillings.
All sponge wedding cakes are coated in chocolate ganache prior to covering with luxury, couture sugar-paste to ensure a beautiful, smooth finish on your cakes.
Fruit cakes are covered with a layer of marzipan before covering with sugar-paste.
I am also able to offer royal icing as a cake covering, although this is only available on fruit cakes due to the time required.
As fruit cakes need time to mature, these must be ordered at least 8 weeks in advance.
Other flavour ideas can also be accommodated. Just ask - I do like a new challenge!
