Whilst the beauty and flavour of your cake are of the utmost importance to us on your special day, you can also have confidence in the knowledge that Hayley Stockwell Cake Design is a registered, fully insured business with a 5* food hygiene rated kitchen.
Hayley also holds Distinctions in cake decorating at levels 1, 2 and 3 and is qualified to teach cake decorating in the lifelong learning sector.
Award winning sugar flowers
After many years developing the skill to be able to make realistic sugar flowers, I take pride in the fact that the sugar flowers are often mistaken for fresh flowers.
Most of my clients choose to utilise those skills for their bespoke wedding cake and will often keep those flowers on display as a keepsake of their wedding day.
I do not decorate cakes with fresh flowers.
I also offer a service recreating your wedding flowers in cold porcelain, arranging them in art work that can be displayed for many years.

Should you wish to sample some flavours before you book your wedding cake, I would recommend using the online consultation service.
Online consultations are £30.
This includes a box of cake samples containing six different flavours delivered to your chosen address, online questionnaire, personalised quotation and digital sketch of your design.
Sample boxes are dispatched once a month between October and March, usually around the middle of the month and will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post to your chosen address.

I offer a range of sponge flavours and fillings that have been carefully chosen to enhance and compliment each other, with an emphasis on seasonal flavours.
All sponge wedding cakes are coated in chocolate ganache prior to covering with luxury, couture sugar-paste to ensure a beautiful, smooth finish on your cakes.

As every cake order is individual, pricing will vary greatly and is dependant not only on size, but complexity of design. Prices can only be confirmed once all the details have been discussed and agreed.
